Bailey Duke is General Counsel of Worcester Investments, a private equity and venture capital company based out of Kansas City, Missouri. She brings a broad range of in-house and litigation experience to Worcester. Most recently, she was in-house at an international design and construction management firm for several years, handling the company’s employment law, business disputes, contract negotiation, data privacy and security, and corporate governance. Prior to her time in-house, Duke litigated at an international law firm, defending companies in complex litigation, wrongful death, personal injury, and white-collar crime.

Originally from a small town in Montana, Duke completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Northern Colorado before obtaining her law degree in Kansas. She moved to Kansas City nearly a decade ago and enjoys spending time with her family, running, hiking, visiting national parks, traveling and playing on an adult ice hockey team in her spare time.
