Jennifer Jaskolka is Chief Legal Officer of Wells, a private equity-backed national building solutions provider. She leads the company's legal function and serves as a strategic advisor to the executive team on regulatory compliance, M&A, integration, and geographic expansion of Wells' commercial product offerings. Before joining Wells, Jaskolka served as interim General Counsel of a publicly traded healthcare company and as Assistant General Counsel at Xcel Energy, a Fortune 500 utility, where she also led the company's Corporate Safety and Industrial Hygiene programs. She began her career in private practice, spending 13 years as a litigator representing clients across a broad range of disputes.
