Alexey Drobyshev is a deputy chief legal officer at Sumsub. His primary specialisms are in dispute resolution, cross-border jurisdictional structuring and risk management, sanctions compliance, and crisis response. At Sumsub, Drobyshev is responsible for these areas as well as for supporting law enforcement investigations, international employment compliance and the management of the group's intellectual property portfolio. Drobyshev's background also includes cross-border corporate and M&A work. Before joining the IT industry, Drobyshev worked in private practice and in pharmaceuticals, dealing with international litigation, arbitration and transactional projects. Alexey is an ACC member and a CIArb Fellow.
