Kelsey Berteaux is Legal Operations Manager at DigiCert, where she builds systems that make legal teams stronger, smarter, and more efficient. Over the course of her career, she has developed a passion for transforming legal support functions into strategic enablers. In her role at DigiCert, Kelsey leads a team dedicated to optimizing legal operations to enhance efficiency and collaboration. Her responsibilities span legal tech and AI, legal project management, international corporate maintenance, equity management, vendor relationships, and ESG programs. She drives initiatives in legal technology benchmarking, knowledge management, and process review to create smarter, streamlined workflows — partnering with AI tools to maximize efficiency across each domain. Outside of her formal role, Kelsey actively engages as a thought leader within the Legal Ops community. She serves as an advisor to the Blickstein Group, contributes to L Suite, and participates regularly in CLOC forums. Additionally, she helps run Get Your OPS Together, a Legal Ops mentoring community designed to support new and solo practitioners.
