She collaborates across business, compliance, and operational teams to develop practical solutions to legal and regulatory challenges. Prior to joining PREMIER, Weber spent five years practicing consumer finance litigation with a national law firm. In addition to her legal practice, she is a yoga instructor, wife, and mother who values lifelong learning, wellness, and building strong relationships, bringing a practical, people-focused approach to problem-solving.
