Mark Plantan is General Counsel and Integration Manager for RHI Magnesita North America, the US arm of the world's largest refractory manufacturer. His career has spanned general litigation, labor and employment law at Littler Mendelson, and nearly seven years at RHIM, where his role has grown from Associate General Counsel to encompass HR, communications, public affairs, and most recently integration management — including an 18-month stint leading integration for the Resco acquisition, the largest in company history, and a joint venture with BPI, a leading mineral processor and recycler. He holds a JD from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where he graduated Order of the Coif.
