Winnie Tse is Senior Legal Counsel of Sinopec Century Bright Capital Investment Limited (“Sinopec Century”). Sinopec Century is the sole offshore treasury centre of China Petrochemical Corporation (“Sinopec Group”) focused on financing and conducting derivatives trade for Sinopec Group and its related entities. Sinopec Group is ranked in the top 10 of Global Fortune 500. Tse looks after the legal and sanctions compliance work of Sinopec Century globally. She is the President of the Association of Corporate Counsel Hong Kong Chapter and a committee member of The Law Society of Hong Kong’s Standing Committee on Member Services, amongst others. Tse is a Hong Kong solicitor and is also the holder of the Certificate of Global Sanctions Specialists from the Anti-Money Laundering Specialist Association and the Certificate of Trade Finance Specialist of the International Chamber of Commerce Academy.
