ACC Israel Annual Women’s Conference 2026, held in in Tel Aviv in collaboration with Fischer Law Firm — one of Israel’s leading law firms — brought together more than 500 inspiring women for a powerful day of connection, insight, and leadership.

The conference featured influential women shaping the Israeli economy alongside senior legal counsels from the legal departments of the country’s leading companies. Together, they shared perspectives, experiences, and forward-thinking ideas that continue to drive impact across industries.

A truly inspiring gathering celebrating leadership, professional excellence, and the strength of women leading change.
Some insights shared during the conference include:
1. Open doors and recommend one another. Women can actively support other women by recommending them for roles, boards, speaking engagements, and professional opportunities.

2. Share knowledge and experience. Mentorship, peer learning, and honest conversations about both successes and failures help other women progress faster and navigate challenges more effectively.
3. Build strong professional networks. Creating and maintaining networks among women professionals — lawyers, executives, entrepreneurs, and directors — can lead to collaborations, business opportunities, and broader influence.
4. Publicly recognize and celebrate achievements. Highlighting the accomplishments of other women — at conferences, in professional forums, or on social platforms — raises their visibility and opens doors to further opportunities.

5. Create supportive professional environments. Women in leadership positions can shape organizational culture by promoting inclusive policies, encouraging diverse voices, and ensuring women have a seat at the decision-making table.
